("Challenging Dawn — Consultadoria, Lda." in Portuguese), a private limited company registered at Travessa Sobreira, 12, 3640-096 Ferreirim, Sernancelhe, Viseu, Portugal, with VAT number PT 518804364 (hereinafter "Challenging Dawn").
